A little about me

One person.
Two distinct jobs.

I founded eTalent in 2010 to help organisations improve the way they recruit. The aim has always been straightforward: make better hiring decisions using better evidence, rather than relying on CVs, interviews and instinct alone.

That same assessment expertise is also valuable on the other side of working life. People making choices about education, a first job or a change of career need useful evidence about themselves too. That work now sits under Working You.

They are connected by the same underlying idea, but they serve different people. eTalent is for employers making hiring decisions. Working You is for individuals making work and career decisions.

Better evidence helps people make better decisions, whichever side of the interview table they are on.

What I do

The distinction matters. Employers are trying to choose the right person. Individuals are trying to choose the right direction. Human beings have apparently managed to make both jobs unnecessarily difficult, so here we are.
